Francesca Macleod-Matthews

Francesca joined Ewing Law in February 2026 as a Paralegal, assisting senior members of the firm on a wide range of criminal matters. She has held a longstanding ambition to pursue a career in criminal law, which has consistently informed both her academic achievements and professional development.

Francesca read Law at the University of Exeter, graduating in 2024. She subsequently completed the Barrister Training Course at BPP Law School, where she was awarded a Distinction, reflecting a high standard of legal work.

She is committed to the rigorous and continued development of her legal expertise and is working towards securing pupillage, with the long-term objective of achieving success at the Bar.
