Dillon May

Dillon is a Director and Solicitor with extensive experience representing and advising clients from the police station through to proceedings in both the Magistrates' and Crown Courts. He regularly acts for individuals facing a wide range of allegations, from murder to theft, and is recognised for his calm, strategic approach in even the most complex cases.

Meticulous in his preparation, Dillon is committed to the principle of leaving no stone unturned. His experience and sound judgment enable him to identify opportunities to bring matters to a successful resolution at the earliest possible stage.

Drugs

R v G – EncroChat prosecution. Client accused of being a drugs kingpin alleged to have supplied over 100kg of cocaine across the UK. Successful challenge to the attribution of the EncroChat handle resulted in a directed not guilty verdict.

Violence

R v P – Client charged with s.18 GBH with intent following an alleged unprovoked attack with a meat cleaver. Acquitted.

Firearms

R v W – Client charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. Acquitted.

Robbery

R v J – Client charged with three counts of street robbery. Not guilty verdicts returned on all counts.

Public Justice

R v M – Client charged with perverting the course of justice and witness intimidation. Acquitted.

POCA

R v F – Successfully challenged an Account Freezing Order where the client was alleged to have laundered substantial sums through their business over a five-year period.

Drink Driving

R v M – Legal arguments raised prior to trial resulted in the drink driving charge being dismissed.
